Curio Concept Store ships both domestically in the United States and worldwide via United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) and DHL Express (DHL). Upon placing an order you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order details. You will receive another email notifying you of the tracking number. Shipping Fees and Taxes
We ship domestically within the United States to all fifty states and territories and offer Free Shipping (standard ground only) for orders totaling $200 or more. For all other orders or delivery speeds, cost of shipment is dependent on the value, weight and size of your order and your location and will be calculated at checkout. For domestic shipping, any orders delivered to Washington, DC will be charged sales tax at the time you place your order. No other tax will be applied to orders shipped within the United States. All domestic orders will be shipped with UPS.
We ship internationally to most countries around the world and offer Express Shipping Worldwide for a $50 flat rate. Please note, orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to duties and taxes, which are determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery. Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of, open, and/or examine the contents of packages at their discretion. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, delays and/or content examinations. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.
International orders will be shipped by DHL Express. For other shipping speeds, cost of shipment is dependent on the value, weight and size of your order and your location and will be calculated at checkout. No domestic sales taxes will be applied to international orders.
We offer a variety of domestic and international shipping options through UPS and DHL to meet your shipping needs. Please check the shipping options at checkout for specific delivery options and fees. Please note that the posted shipping time frame, if provided, may vary from item to item. The posted shipping time frame is contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties in obtaining authorization. These shipping terms, including the terms set forth in any shipping guidelines we may now have or may later adopt, are accepted by you by placing an order with us.
All orders are dispatched with ‘No Signature Required’ and may be left at a residence deemed safe by the delivery company. Curio LLC is not responsible for any loss, liability or damage that may result from leaving your package at the shipping address without a signature. If you prefer to have your order shipped with ‘Signature Required’ please contact us at email@example.com so that we may make arrangements.
Curio LLC will make every attempt to help resolve any resulting shipping issues with UPS and DHL, however, Curio LLC is not responsible and carries no further liability for any lost, damaged or stolen packages in the shipping process once we have transferred your package to our carrier. Title and risk of loss for any merchandise purchased from our Website will pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Thus, once Curio LLC has transferred any package to UPS and/or DHL, any disputes and/or claims should be directed to the carrier.
