RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Curio LLC (“Curio”) is pleased to accept timely exchanges and returns of new and unused products purchased from Curio Online within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please make sure that the condition of your item(s) meets our requirements:
Your products must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging, including any boxes and other signature packaging materials, including Curio and designer hanging tags. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted.
Any returned products which are damaged, soiled, washed or altered, in any way, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment and returns and exchanges will not be processed until the items are received and inspected by us.
Shoes must be tried on over a carpeted surface to prevent any scratches to the soles. All shoes must be returned in their original shoebox with dust bags and any taps as this is considered part of the product. Shoes returned without the original box, a damaged box, or marked soles will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
All merchandise discounted at 40% or more, vintage items, fine jewelry (18-karat gold), items marked “Final Sale,” furniture, books, housewares, artwork, fragrances, any plastic-wrapped items, lingerie, candles, beauty products, edibles/consumables and swimwear are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Any final sale item sent back to Curio will be returned to the customer.
Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Your shipment will include a printed invoice and return form. Follow the directions on the return form to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to be written on the return form and included in your return package. Please note that a RAN is issued solely as a preliminary return management measure and does not guarantee that a return or exchange will be accepted if the terms of our policy are not met.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. We prefer our products are returned to us using FedEx, UPS, or DHL; however, you may return goods at your sole risk and expense using any safe, insured and secured means. Please note that we do not accept liability for any good(s) returned to us.
Curio monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
Any inquiry to return or exchange a product outside of the 10-day policy will not be accepted. Returns or exchanges without a RAN will not be accepted. Approved returns are processed within 5-10 days of receipt. Your returned/exchanged merchandise must reach the Curio Returns Department within 10 days of your RAN confirmation email.
